To add an API provider to your SMM panel, you create an account with the provider, copy your API key and the API URL, and enter both in your panel's provider settings. Then you import the services you want, set your own prices and place a small test order to confirm that orders and statuses sync correctly.

This article covers the setup steps only. If you want to know what an API is and how the requests work, read what an SMM panel API is and how to use it first.

What do you need before you connect a provider?

You need three things: an account with the provider, an API key from that account and a panel script that supports API v2 providers. Most panel scripts have a "Providers" or "API providers" page in the admin area.

You also need some balance on the provider account. Your panel forwards each order to the provider, and the provider charges your balance, not your client's.

For example, a client pays you for 2,000 followers on your panel. Your panel sends an add order request, and the provider takes the wholesale price from your balance.

Where do you find the API key and API URL?

On helnsocial, you find both in your account after you sign up. The API URL and every request format are listed in the API v2 documentation.

Treat the API key like a password. Anyone with your key can place orders against your balance. If you think it leaked, generate a new one and update it in your panel.

How do you add the provider in your panel?

  1. Open the providers page in your panel admin.
  2. Choose "Add provider" and pick the API v2 type if your script asks.
  3. Paste the API URL and your API key.
  4. Save, then use the balance check if your panel has one. A returned balance means the connection works.

For example, if the balance check shows an error, the usual causes are a copied space at the end of the key or the wrong URL.

How do you import services and set prices?

After the connection works, your panel can pull the provider's services list. Each service comes with its ID, name, price per 1,000, min and max quantity and whether it has refill. You can compare these with the public services list.

Import only the services you plan to sell. Then set your selling price, for example by adding a fixed percentage on top of the wholesale rate. Rename services so your clients understand them, but keep the provider service ID linked correctly.

Check that min and max quantities in your panel match the provider's. If your panel allows 50 and the provider minimum is 100, those orders will fail.

How should order statuses map in your panel?

Your panel uses the status and multi status requests to update orders. Make sure each provider status maps to the right status on your side.

Provider statusWhat it means
PendingReceived, not yet started
ProcessingSent to processing, usually waiting to start. Delivery is not underway yet
In progressDelivery has started
PartialPart delivered, the remainder is refunded to the balance
CompletedOrder finished
CanceledThe charge returns to the balance

Partial matters most. For example, if 800 of 1,000 are delivered, your panel should refund the undelivered 200 to your client, just as the provider refunds it to you.

How do you test the connection with a real order?

Place one small order on a service you will actually sell. Use a link you control and check it carefully, because the link on an existing order cannot be changed. A wrong link needs a new order.

Watch the order move through the statuses in your panel. Note the start count once the order starts. If the service has refill, refill restores drops down to start count plus ordered amount within the refill period shown on the service.

What this means for resellers and agencies

Adding a provider is mostly careful setup: a correct key, matching quantities and clean status mapping. Once that works, single orders, mass orders and drip-feed run through your panel without manual steps. Our guide to starting an SMM reseller business covers the business side.

When you are ready, create an account and get your API key.

Frequently asked questions

Can my clients request refills through my panel?

Yes, if your panel script supports the refill request. It forwards the refill to the provider for eligible completed orders within the refill period.

Do price changes on the provider side update my panel automatically?

That depends on your panel script. Some sync prices on a schedule, others need a manual re-import, so check your script's settings.

Can my panel cancel orders through the API?

API v2 includes a cancel request. Whether a specific order can still be canceled depends on its status.
